Can I see how my invitations will look?
When you use our web-based invitation services, you can view an online proof prior to placing your order. For a nominal fee, we will send you a print proof via fax, e-mail or USPS. Some of our manufacturers also offer "press proofs." Once you approve the proof, we will place your order. If you want to actually see and touch our wide assortment of sample papers, colors, etc., in person, you are welcome to schedule an appointment in our Berkeley studio. How much will it cost to ship my wedding accessory or invitation order?
Silk, Satin & Paper offers Free UPS Ground Shipping on all wedding accessory orders (shoes, veils, headpieces, preservation kits) shipped to destinations within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii and International orders). Most orders ship within 14 days or less.
Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of purchase for destinations outside the Continental US (Alaska, Hawaii and International orders).
Shipping costs for online invitations orders are calculated at the time of purchase, and are based upon weight and shipping method selected (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day/Overnight, etc). If you place your order via phone or email, Silk, Satin & Paper will provide an estimate of the shipping costs. Actual shipping costs for phone and email orders cannot be calculated until the order has been finalized.
What if I need my order in a hurry?
Silk, Satin & Paper believes that it is always best to allow as much time as is reasonably possible to purchase items in advance of the event date. However, when such is not possible, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you with an expedited order. If we can ship the merchandise for delivery on or before the date needed, we will process the order via phone or email.
Silk, Satin & Paper does NOT provide Free Shipping or Free Return Shipping on expedited orders. Silk, Satin & Paper does NOT accept returns of any items after the event/wedding date.
Silk, Satin & Paper reserves the right to decline any orders that do NOT meet prescribed time constraints with respect to the date ordered and the date required.
